ENGAGE 2027 takes place at Caesars Palace, one of the most recognized resort properties in Las Vegas. The venue offers a dedicated meeting and event space, separated from the casino floor but an easy walk from guest rooms, making it simple to move between sessions, meals, and your hotel room without leaving the property.
Caesars Palace sits in the center of the city, about 15 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport, with walkable access to dining, entertainment, and additional hotels.
Hotel & Discounted Rates
ENGAGE 2027 has secured a discounted group rate of $229 per night at Caesars Palace, available for single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to applicable resort fees and governmental room taxes. Additional guests are $30 per person, per night, up to four people per room.
Registrants receive their discount code and booking link as part of the registration confirmation. If you’ve registered and haven’t received your code, contact events@centralsquare.com rather than booking through a third party.
Room Block Details
- Rate: $229/night (single or double occupancy), plus a daily resort fee and applicable room tax
- Additional guests: $30/person, per night, maximum 4 people per room
- Cutoff date: 3/15/2027, or until group room block sells out, whichever occurs first.
Resort Fee
A daily resort fee of $25 per room, per night, plus applicable room tax, applies on top of the group rate. It covers unlimited local phone calls, two fitness center admissions per day (spa access not included), and in-room internet for up to two devices per room, per day. Property-wide internet roaming may be available for an additional fee.
