Attendee Registration Terms & Conditions

All fees are per person. Name badges may not be shared among multiple individuals. This event is designed exclusively for current customers and invited guests of CentralSquare Technologies. CentralSquare Technologies, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or decline a company’s or individual’s registration for this event. CentralSquare Technologies is committed to complying with all laws and regulations that apply to government employees and contractors. Please consult with your employer prior to attending this event to ensure that any applicable laws and regulations are observed. Additionally, please consult with your employer with respect to your participation in any drawings or giveaways.

CentralSquare Technologies reserves the right to capture, or hire other parties to capture, images, audio and video at the event to be used in promotional materials. Event participants may not capture or broadcast images, audio or video of sessions or presentations during the event. If you are registering other individuals, it is your responsibility to ensure the event participants you are registering are aware of and agree to these Terms & Conditions. By registering on their behalf, you warrant that they have been made aware of these Terms & Conditions and that they agree to them. CentralSquare Technologies collects and processes data, including personal data, for purposes of participating in this event and retains this data for all purposes relating thereto. Assumption of Risk

An inherent risk of exposure to communicable illness exists in any public place where people are present. Any interaction in a public setting poses a degree of health risk, and CentralSquare Technologies cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to illness during your visit. By attending ENGAGE, you voluntarily assume all risks related to such exposure.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Registration is open to adult attendees (18 years of age or older) unless otherwise approved in advance by CentralSquare Technologies. Guests of attendees attending the evening events must be 21 years of age or older.

Code of Conduct

CentralSquare Technologies is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and harassment-free experience for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff. Discriminatory or harassing conduct of any kind, including in sessions, social events, and online event platforms, will not be tolerated. CentralSquare Technologies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any attendee from the event without refund for violation of this policy or for conduct that endangers other attendees or event staff.

Attendee & Guest Cancellation & Refund Policy

Attendee and guest registration fees will be refunded at 100% for cancellations submitted online by April 9, 2027. Paid fees for cancellations after April 9, 2027, or for no shows, will not be refunded. Unpaid fees for cancellations after this date, or for no shows, will be billed and due.

Canceling your event registration does not cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.

Registration Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization in lieu of cancelling, provided the substitution is submitted online prior to Saturday, April 17, 2027. Substitutions are not permitted after that date.

Force Majeure

CentralSquare Technologies is not liable for failure to hold the event, or for changes to the event’s date, location, or format, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, extreme weather, government action, venue unavailability, or public health emergency. In such circumstances, CentralSquare Technologies will determine, in its sole discretion, whether and to what extent registration fees may be credited, transferred, or refunded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CentralSquare Technologies, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any personal injury, property loss or damage, or other loss, damage, or expense incurred by any attendee or guest in connection with the event.
