ENGAGE Awards were created to recognize CentralSquare Customers for their best practices, successes, and achievements over the past year. ENGAGE Awards seek to acknowledge the best of the best! Together we are better: when we partner with our Customers, we can build safer, smarter, more connected communities.
Nominations for the awards will be open from January 8 to February 29, 2024. Nominations are open to all CentralSquare Customers; please nominate yourselves or other industry peers! ENGAGE Award winners will be privately notified the week of March 25, 2024, and announced publicly at ENGAGE 2024 in Grapevine, TX.
Winners of the ENGAGE Awards will be given an ENGAGE VIP Experience including complimentary registration, public recognition of their accomplishments, and more.

CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – Smart Community Award – This award recognizes the outstanding efforts of our Customer who is using CentralSquare Solutions to transform their community by leveraging data, cloud solutions, or technological innovation. This Customer shows measurable operational efficiency, local problem resolution, or creates new opportunities benefitting its citizens, businesses, and organizations.
CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – Smart Safety Award – This award honors the remarkable work of our Customer who, in partnership with CentralSquare Solutions, has been able to effectively enhance citizen safety. This could be a heroic one-time story or quantifiable overall improvements throughout their community.
CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – Innovation Award – This award recognizes a Customer who is leveraging CentralSquare Solutions in trailblazing ways to fit the unique needs of their municipality or agency. Their leadership, innovation, and transformational potential improve lives at their organization as well as the community that they serve.
CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – User Group Award – User groups are crucial to the success of CentralSquare’s Customers. They provide a platform for learning and networking with industry peers within similar geography, product interests, and goals. This award will celebrate the CentralSquare User Group which has been most active in providing a valuable space for our Customers to thrive and provide feedback to one another.
CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – Excellence in Resourcefulness Award – A known challenge in our industry is the ability to plan and budget, and it is common to see inefficient processes and manual constraints. By using CentralSquare Solutions, the winner of this award has been able to achieve cost savings benefiting their municipality, agency, or the community that they serve.
CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – Exemplary Service in 911 Award – CentralSquare Technologies continues to support and recognize Emergency Services Dispatcher’s integral role in response and community safety. This award recognizes the individual or shift who demonstrates exemplary service. Please consider cumulative accomplishments as well as isolated calls.
CentralSquare’s ENGAGE – Citizen Experience Award – This award recognizes the outstanding efforts of a municipality committed to utilizing citizen portals to engage with their community. By implementing CentralSquare Solutions, residents can access information most important to them wherever and whenever they need it. This municipality has reduced the demand for traditional channels including face-to-face, over-the-counter, mail, phone, and email.
