Nominations are open from January 20 through February 6, 2026, and all CentralSquare Customers are invited to participate. Nominate your own agency or recognize an industry peer whose work reflects hero-grade commitment and contributions. Award winners will be notified privately during the week of February 9, 2026, and celebrated live at ENGAGE 2026 in Washington, DC.
2026 ENGAGE Award recipients will receive an ENGAGE VIP Experience, including complimentary registration, recognition of their accomplishments, and other exclusive opportunities.

This award recognizes a Customer whose heroic commitment to public safety, supported by CentralSquare’s hero-grade solutions, has meaningfully strengthened protection within their community. Whether through a single extraordinary act or sustained, measurable improvements, this Customer reflects the dedication required to safeguard the public every day.
Innovation Award
This award celebrates a Customer who pushes the boundaries of what technology can achieve. By adapting and advancing CentralSquare solutions to meet the unique needs of their municipality or agency, this Customer demonstrates strong leadership, forward thinking, and a meaningful impact on both their organization and the community they serve.
User Group Award
User Groups are essential to supporting all CentralSquare Heros. This award recognizes the CentralSquare User Group that has most effectively created a collaborative, supportive, and mission driven space for Customers to learn, network, and support one another. Their dedication helps ensure every hero has the tools and community needed to thrive.
Excellence in Resourcefulness Award
This award honors a Customer who demonstrates hero-grade resourcefulness in overcoming the challenges of planning, budgeting, and operational constraints. By maximizing the value of CentralSquare solutions, this Customer has achieved meaningful cost savings and efficiency gains that benefit their municipality, agency, or the community they serve.
Exemplary Service in 911 Award
This award recognizes the exceptional service of a 911 professional or shift whose hero-grade dedication reflects the heart of emergency response. Whether through consistent excellence or a single critical call, this honoree demonstrates the resilience, purpose, and impact that defines those who answer the call every time.
Citizen Experience Award
This award honors a municipality that demonstrates hero-grade commitment to citizen engagement by improving how residents connect with their community. Through CentralSquare’s digital solutions, this Customer provides citizens with seamless access to essential information anytime and anywhere, reducing reliance on traditional channels and elevating the overall community experience.
