Who may attend CentralSquare ENGAGE 2023?
This event is designed for current customers and invited guests of CentralSquare Technologies. If you are not an employee of a CentralSquare customer organization or an invited guest of CentralSquare and wish to attend, fill out our Non-customer Registration Request Form.
Children are not invited to attend any portion of the event.
CentralSquare Technologies, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or decline a company’s or individual’s registration for this event.
Are guests invited to attend the event?
Guests are not invited to attend any part of the ENGAGE event, with the exception of the Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 4 and Evening Event on Tuesday, June 7. You may register guests for these social events using the Guest registration type. Per person per event fees apply. Guests must be age 21 or over. Payment may be made by credit card online only.
Welcome Reception, June 4: $75 per person
Evening Event, June 7: $125 per person
May I attend the event virtually?
CentralSquare ENGAGE 2023 is a fully in-person event.
Where may I find health and safety information about the event?
CentralSquare will follow established guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic in effect for Davidson County, Tennessee and the Gaylord Opryland venue at the time of the event.

What will be offered on the event agenda for the CentralSquare product I use?

Are meals included with the registration fee?
Registration fees include breakfasts and lunches on Mon-Wed, light appetizers on Sunday at the Welcome Reception and a dinner buffet on Tuesday at the Evening Event. Additional meals are on your own.
Will there be a separate event for Canada customers?
No, ENGAGE Nashville will be the primary user event for all CentralSquare customers.
What is appropriate attire at the event?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all daytime activities and sessions. Business casual or resort casual attire is appropriate for all evening events. The name badge you are issued on-site at registration is required to be worn to access all parts of the event.
Is there a registration discount available?
Discount rates apply to registrations submitted by early bird and advanced rate deadlines. Pricing is displayed here. A volume discount of 20% is available for organizations that register 10 or more attendees. The registration system is configured to apply this discount automatically at the end of the registration process. A discount code is not required. To receive this discount, all attendees must be registered at the same time by one registration administrator. The discount does not apply if individuals are registered separately.
What is the cancellation policy?
Attendee registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made by May 26, 2023. Paid fees for cancellations after this date, or for no-shows, will not be refunded. Unpaid fees for cancellations after May 26, 2023, or for no-shows, will be billed and due.
Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.

Which methods of payment will be accepted?
Payment of attendee registration fees is accepted by credit card (online at the time of registration only) or check. Credit cards are accepted online as part of the registration process. Credit cards will not be accepted over the phone or in person at the event. If selecting the option to pay by check, your organization will be invoiced. A purchase order must be uploaded at the time of registration if selecting this payment method.

How may I obtain an invoice for my registration?
CentralSquare will automatically create invoices for all registered attendees. If you have questions about your invoice, contact Accounts.Receivable@centralsquare.com.
Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my registration?
Confirmation emails are automatically generated upon registration submittal. If you did not receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, consider these suggestions to resolve the issue:
- Your organization may have blocked the email. Check with your I.T. department to ensure they are allowing emails from centralsquare.com or cvent.com domains to be delivered to you.
- You may have been registered by an administrator who has received the email instead. Also, the administrator may have opted you out of receiving emails during the registration process. Please check with the person that registered you if you did not self-register.
- A valid email address was not entered at the time of registration. Send an email to conferences@centralsquare.com to confirm whether your email is correct on your registration.
