How do I contact the ENGAGE event team with questions?
We’ve done our best to answer common questions below. If you cannot find an answer in the FAQs, email events@centralsquare.com with any questions. Due to the high volume of emails, allow 24–48 business hours for a reply.
Who can attend CentralSquare ENGAGE 2026?
Any current customer of CentralSquare Technologies can attend ENGAGE.
How much does it cost to attend ENGAGE 2026?

Where is ENGAGE 2026 being held and what hotel do I book?
ENGAGE 2026 is being held at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in National Harbor, DC, March 15-18. We have secured a discounted room rate for all ENGAGE attendees. To make your reservation online, click here to book your room at Gaylord National. Room rates start at $269.00 for a single/double room. A daily resort fee* of $27.00 plus applicable hotel taxes will be added to your room charge each day.
To receive the discount room rate, you must book your hotel room by Friday, February 21. Rooms and rates are not guaranteed after this date.

What is the closest airport near Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center?
The closest airport near Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). DCA is located approximately 6.9 Miles from the hotel. Transportation to/from the airport to Gaylord National Resort is your responsibility. Buses and/or shuttles will not be provided by CentralSquare.
What is included with my conference ticket?
All meals will be provided throughout the conference and are included in your ticket price: breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, and dinner. (Dinner will not be provided on Monday, March 16.)
Your conference ticket also includes entry into our evening events: the Welcome Reception on Sunday, March 15, and the Tuesday night party on Tuesday, March 17. If you purchase a one-day ticket for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, you will only be allowed access into the evening events for the day you purchased a ticket. One day tickets do not include entry to the Sunday evening Welcome Reception.
Guest tickets are available for purchase for the evening events and must be added to conference registration tickets.
Can I bring a guest to the event?
Personal guests are not invited to attend the conference, but they can attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday, March 15, and the Evening Event on Tuesday, March 17, for an additional cost. You may register guests for these social events using the “Guest-Social Events Only” registration type. Per person, per event fees apply. Guests must be age 21 or over. Payment may be made by credit card online only.
Welcome Reception: Sunday, March 15: $100 per person
Evening Event: Tuesday, March 17: $150 per person
May I attend the event virtually?
CentralSquare ENGAGE 2026 is a fully in-person event. Sessions will not be recorded or live-streamed.

What time is onsite registration?
Registration is open on Sunday, March 15, from 1:00pm – 6:00pm, Monday from 7:30am – 4:00pm, and Tuesday 7:30am – 4:00pm. If you want to attend the Sunday evening Welcome Reception, you must check in at the registration desk before 5:45pm to receive your conference badge. Badges are required for entry into all event activities.
What will be offered on the event agenda for the CentralSquare product I use?
The detailed agenda for ENGAGE 2026 will be updated on the event website as sessions are finalized. In the meantime, view the solutions to be featured here.
What should I wear during the event?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all daytime activities and sessions. Business casual or resort casual attire is appropriate for all evening events. We suggest wearing comfortable walking shoes and bringing a light jacket or sweater as the convention center may be chilly. The name badge you are issued on-site at registration is required to be worn to access all parts of the event.
Will I receive additional information about the conference after I register?
Yes! Immediately after registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your confirmation number and with a link to the room block at our host hotel, Gaylord National. You’ll also receive important updates about the conference in the months leading up to it via email and on our website. Please don’t opt out of conference emails from Cvent as that may block future communications we send through Cvent about the event.
If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please use the work email address for the person and/or input their email address into the CC Email field when registering. This will ensure they receive conference emails, updates and instructions. If you do not receive a confirmation email from Cvent, please check your spam folder. If you cannot locate your registration email, reach out to events@centralsquare.com for assistance.
I purchased a ticket but can no longer attend. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else in my organization?
Yes! A ticket can easily be transferred to another member of your organization on our website by or before 5:00 PM EST on Saturday, March 14, 2026. No transfers will be allowed after that time.
To transfer your ticket, click the “Already Registered?” button and log in with your information and confirmation number. Then click the “Transfer” button and enter the new attendee’s information.
If you are having issues updating your ticket online, please email us at events@centralsquare.com. Please include the name of the person who is currently registered and the full name and contact info (name, title, email address and phone number) of the person you’d like to transfer the ticket to.
Is there a registration discount available?
Discount rates apply to registrations submitted by early bird and advanced rate deadlines. Pricing is displayed here. A volume discount of 20% is available for organizations that register 10 or more attendees. The registration system is configured to apply this discount automatically at the end of the registration process. A discount code is not required. To receive this discount, all attendees must be registered at the same time by one registration administrator. The discount does not apply if individuals are registered separately.
What is the cancellation policy?
Attendee registration fees will be fully refunded for cancellations made by March 6, 2026. Fees paid for cancellations after this date, or for no shows, will not be refunded. Unpaid fees for cancellations after March 6, 2026, or for no shows, will be billed and due. You may transfer your ticket to another person in your organization at no cost.
Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
Which methods of payment will be accepted?
Payment of attendee registration fees is accepted by credit card (online at the time of registration only) or check. Credit cards are accepted online as part of the registration process. Credit cards will not be accepted over the phone or in person at the event. If you select the option to pay by check, your organization will be invoiced.

How may I obtain an invoice for my registration?
If you choose to pay by invoice, CentralSquare will automatically create invoices for all registered attendees and send that via email. Your email confirmation is not an official invoice. If you have questions about your invoice, contact accounts.receivable@centralsquare.com.
Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my registration?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email after registering, please first check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate your registration email, contact us at events@centralsquare.com and we can email you a copy. We will also double check that your email address was submitted correctly so you’ll receive future emails.
Will there be free WiFi on site?
Yes, all hotel guests can access free wi-fi throughout the hotel and conference center. Gaylord National offers High Speed Internet complimentary for all Marriott Bonvoy Members. The Enhanced High Speed is complimentary for all Gold Elite Members and above. We recommend that you create a free Marriott Bonvoy account before arriving onsite to receive the complimentary amenities that Gaylord offers with a Bonvoy membership.
Will I need to download a conference app?
Yes! We will use the Cvent app to send conference updates and notifications. The app will include the full conference schedule, allow you to register for each session, let you interact with other attendees, and enable you to participate in challenges to win prizes. You will receive an email with instructions on how to download the app and log in once the conference app is launched. You must be registered for the conference to gain access to the conference app and reserve your sessions.
Will the sessions and/or slides be available after the conference?
Session recordings will not be available as we will not be recording the conference sessions. However, slides and presentation documents / handouts from training sessions will be available after the conference via the Customer Portal.
Will there be a separate event for Canada customers?
CentralSquare will communicate with our Canada customers about any upcoming events that may be offered.
What is the ENGAGE Code of Conduct policy?
CentralSquare is dedicated to providing a fun, engaging, and safe event for everyone. All ENGAGE participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, and CentralSquare staff (“participants”) must comply with the ENGAGE code of conduct.
By attending ENGAGE, you agree to abide by this code of conduct. Anyone found to be violating this code of conduct may be expelled at the discretion of organizers.
CentralSquare has a zero-tolerance policy and will not tolerate any harassing or abusive behavior towards any participant or event staff. Examples of unacceptable behavior or content include, but are not limited to:
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or harassment
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent material
- Disruptive behavior
- Hateful or highly offensive content, including statements that attack or dehumanize a person based on gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, or political affiliation
- Profanity
- Spam
- Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive statements
- If on site, refusal to comply with rules governing access to the venue, including without limitation relating to Covid-19 and other public health and safety protocols, may result in being expelled from the conference.
- Please report any abusive content or behavior to event support. If you are on site, event staff can help you contact event security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. Please contact a member of event staff by finding a staff member via their badge/lanyard, visiting the registration area, or visiting the information desk in the lobby.
- Please note, firearms are not permitted at any of the Gaylord properties, including within the hotel rooms.
